Terms and conditions SEAT social media competitions
The competition is promoted by Espana Motors Limited (hereafter SEAT New Zealand) and is open to entries between 14 February 2020 and 10pm on 16 February 2020 (Eligibility Period).
To be entered in the competition you must engage below the relevant SEAT New Zealand social media post during the Eligibility Period.
The competition is for one Beats by Dr. Dre branded headset from SEAT New Zealand to enhance your audio listening experience. SEAT New Zealand in its sole discretion will determine which exact model of headphones the winner will receive.
Only persons resident in New Zealand are eligible to enter. Multiple entries are allowed. There are no age restrictions.
The competition will be decided by a representative of SEAT New Zealand after the competition period using an independent 3rd party random winner picker tool. The winner will be notified by Facebook. By entering the competition, the winner agrees that SEAT New Zealand may use the personal information SEAT New Zealand holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the SEAT New Zealand website or social media profiles.
The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by SEAT New Zealand.
SEAT New Zealand reserves the right to assess the validity of a winner’s participation in the competition.
SEAT New Zealand reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
SEAT New Zealand will not be liable to any person or entity for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this competition.
SEAT New Zealand reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against SEAT New Zealand or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, SEAT New Zealand may award it to an alternative recipient.
The winner of the competition will be judged and decided by SEAT New Zealand based on these terms and conditions using an external 3rd party randomiser tool ensuring the winner is a real person in New Zealand, in its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
