Terms and Conditions

1.            Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.

2.            Entry is open to New Zealand residents residing in New Zealand only.

3.            Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

4.            To participate in the draw to win a double pass to the Auckland Baby Show you need to tag a friend in the comments section on our Facebook post.

5.            Limit of one entry per person.

6.            Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.

7.            There are 5 x double passes to the Auckland Baby Show to giveaway to 5 winners for either Saturday or Sunday. The prize has an RRP value of NZD $24.00 per double pass.

8.            The promotion commences on Tuesday 3^rd August and finishes on Tuesday 10^th August.

9.          The winners will be notified within three days following the prize draw through the giveaway post on Facebook.

10.          The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and the promoter.

11.          By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information.

12.          Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future SEAT promotions.
